Effective: [date]. WARNO is a product of Diligent Labs USA LLC ("we"). This policy covers getwarno.com and the WARNO connector for Claude.

What we collect

• Account: your email and name from sign-in (handled by WorkOS).
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your email, plan and subscription status. We never see or store card numbers.
• Usage: which WARNO tools you call, their inputs (for example search keywords and NAICS codes) and timestamps, to run the service, enforce plan limits and fix errors.
• Saved searches and profile settings you create.

What we don't collect

We do not receive your Claude conversations. Claude sends WARNO only the tool request it decides to make.

How we use it

To provide and bill for the service, secure it and improve it. We never use your searches, saved searches or profile to find, price or pursue contracts for Diligent Labs or anyone else, and we never sell your data.

Sharing

Only with processors that run the service: Amazon Web Services (hosting), WorkOS (sign-in) and Stripe (payments), or when the law requires it.

Retention

Account and billing records: while your account is open and as long as tax law requires after. Tool-call logs: 90 days. Ask us to delete your account at any time; we delete your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

Public data

WARNO's results come from public government sources such as SAM.gov, USAspending, FPDS, Grants.gov and public European tender portals.
