WARNO was built by a government contractor, for government contractors.
Koley Scott started as an enlisted infantryman in the Army National Guard. He later commissioned and served as an Army intelligence officer, including a combat deployment to Iraq with special operations liaison experience.
After the Army he earned an MBA and started his own government contracting company, Diligent Labs USA. In its first year it won four prime contracts. He performed them himself, on the ground overseas, alongside NATO partner forces.
Winning those contracts meant long nights. Hours every morning searching SAM.gov. Hours more building each proposal by hand. Opening every PWS to find the clearance and staffing traps. Digging through award data to find the incumbent and what they charged.
The alternatives cost thousands of dollars. Consultants who charge by the proposal. Software platforms priced for large contractors, not a small business chasing its first few awards.
So he built his own. He still uses it every day to find his next bid.
WARNO finds the bid, reads the documents, flags the traps and finds the incumbent. Claude takes it from there: the compliance matrix, the technical approach, the first draft of the proposal. You review, tailor and submit.
From morning sweep to draft proposal, at your fingertips. At a price a small business can actually pay.
